I suck at blogging...
Ok, so it's been forever since I have blogged on here. Joanna, I have Not started anything with those yarns. I have however been working with this different sock yarn.
It was part of my Rockin' Sock Club yarn. I am using it to make my mother a pair of socks for her birthday. It's my first time not using double pointed needles. I am using the 2 circular needles method and knitting it toe up. I can't wait to show you all how it works up. I also recently bought a hank of Halloween yarn (It has purple, black, silver, gold and some orange). I hope I can knit a pair by next Halloween. I will try to get pictures of that on here too.The big news is that I have taught two people how to knit this week! I love that I am spreading my sick addiction to others. If everyone is knitting I feel less guilty about wanting to do it all the time. Anyways, this girl Jennifer picked it up the second I showed her! The next day she came in with a very long segment of a scarf. I can tell she is going to be a brilliant knitter. She already started a very pretty purple scarf. I think this is going to be the beginning of a beautiful knitting friendship! Thank you, Jennifer, for reviving my love for spreading the disease. Uh, I mean...thanks for reminding me how much I love to teach knitting.
I realized I must be addicted to knitting because we went out with another couple last weekend and the whole time we were out I was thinking to myself that we could be talking and having drink at our house, you know, the place with all my knitting stuff?! Until next time....

I must tell you that your socks are coming along nicely (even though you had to backtrack). Thank you for teaching me!
We WILL have a knitting day one day... I'm determined.
I've been curious to see a sock knit with circular needles - can't wait to see yours! Are you using some fancy pattern or just a basic sock?
Are you knitting? Can I see a picture of your sock in progress? Did you say you started it? How's the Socks That Rock club going??
🧦🧦🧦I so wish that we could knit together!
